Abstract:
     The present invention relates to the method and embodiment of shelling peanut by utilizing gas pressure difference. First, by increasing the pressure outside peanut shell the pressure inside the shell is thus increased gradually. Then, the pressure outside the peanut shell is rapidly decreased to form an instantaneous pressure difference between inside and outside the peanut. Under the action of the pressure difference the peanut is burst up shell. The peanut-bursting sheller, as the embodiment of the said method, has the function of inflating peanut hermetically to boost pressure and then reducing the pressure rapidly.
