Abstract:
     The present invention is a small-size peeling machine for preserved egg, especially suitable for peeling preserved quail eggs. The machine has a body composed of feeding pool and egg-shell tank. Said body is equipped with separation roller, glue-adhering and egg-rubbing roller and spiral bevel. When an egg enters into the feeding pool, it anturally keeps upright as a result of buoyant action, and it is brought into a zigzag spiral bevel egg-rubbing path, rolling forward due to the rotation of glue-adhering and egg-rubbing roller. Then, the egg-shells are crushed into pieces, at the end of the zigzag path the egg and shell are separated. The external form of the present invention is small and exquisite, its structure is simple. It is convenient to operate, maintain and wash, being amenable to various batch productions.
