Abstract:
     The present invention provided a method for drying laver. In the course of drying, while the moisture of laver drops from 70% to 45%, the laver is kneaded simultaneously. The present invention also provided a drying device for drying laver according to the above-mentioned method. The device consists of a ratating multiple-hole disc, a paddle-wheel excentrically mounted w.r.t. the center of the disc, and a blower under the disc. The laver is kneaded between the underside of the paddle-wheel and the rotating multiple-hole disc.
