Abstract:
     The present invention is used to boil continually solid food, especially for fruit or vegetable preparation. The equipment is composed of some chain type transmission systems with cover, and boiling basin. The charging bucket and its cover are attached to the same transmission chain, the charging bucket cover is able to open or shut automatically, the moving path of the bucket in boiling liquid is of V shape. The boiling time for different food is adjusted by changing the liquid level in the boiling basin and the moving speed of bucket. As food is sealed in the charging bucket, it is boiled evenly and fully, and is not able to overflow and fall into boiling liquid. By the present invention, the product quality can be raised, the energy consumption is lowered and the raw material is saved. The structure or the system is simple and the cost of which is low. The system is suitable for boiling various foods.
