Abstract:
     The apparatus is composed of the following circuits: a sampling circuit that samples the input video frequency signal with another signal, a circuit used to combine the datum colour synchronous signal and the output signal of the sampling circuit, a circuit used to record the combining signal onto medium, a circuit replaying the combining signal, a circuit obtaining the primary and secondary sampling signals, a circuit producing the primary and secondary sampling pulses, a circuit resampling the primary and secondary sampling signals, and a circuit superimposing the secondary resampling signal on the primary resampling signal with minimum latency.
