Abstract:
     The apparatus is used for recording video signal and forming tilt tracks on the recording tape in sequence. The recording tape moves at a determined speed, which is different from the standard tape speed in reproducing model. The apparatus comprises: recording head which is installed on a movable part rotating vertically to the direction of tilt track, a tape speed control circuit which conrols the tape speed according to the speed reference signal for the purpose of recording at a predetermined tape speed, recording head position control circuit for ensuring that the inclination of the tilt tracks formed by the recording head at predetermined speed is equal to that of tilt tracks formed by the recording head at normal tape speed.
