Abstract:
     The reference tine for the video signals is depend upon the sampling clock pulses produced by an oscillator which is instantaneously phase-synchronized with the synchronizing signals separated by a separator from the video signals. At least one starting or one stopping operation of the oscillator is controled by the said synchronizing signals.
