Abstract:
     This invention belongs to the communication technical field. It is a real-time multi-task sound signal encoder configured for the television telex broadcasting equipment. It adopts multiplex modes with adaptive sound-step-voltage delta modulating (ADM) the interval of horizontal blank line (HBL). This encoder inserts 3-4 channels sound codes into the normal composite TV signal, it can multiplex to broadcast the telex in sound programmes with current TV system. This mode needs no high requirement in the transmission channel, can mfr. easily in mass prodn., the receiving additional equipment can integrate easily with less cost, it can be suited to the TV education, it can easily train the scientist and technician for our TV education.
