Abstract:
    When a disc is used as a recording medium on which images are recorded and, for instance, the images are edited and recorded picture by picture in MPEG, only one number in the disc is given to one picture. By this method, even if editing such as cutting or deleting, insert editing without overwriting, or editing for moving a part of the image is performed, the management of pictures and the allotment of time codes are possible.
