Abstract:
     A fully-digitalized video communication and video switching method features that after digital video signals are transmitted to video processing center over digital communication network, they are switched by digital video switching device, then decoded by video decoder to obtain analog video signals, and finally output to video display. The decode mode used by said video decoder is consistent to the encode mode used by video encoder at video acquisition position. It is suitable for large video monitor system with the advantages of low cost, high video switching capacity and use of the idle bandwidth in transmission circuit.
