Abstract:
    A calling-quiescing method includes sending USSD request to USSDC by mobile terminal, analyzing USSD request by USSDC, informing HLR of mobile terminal to set all exchange-in calling flag state at mobile terminal to be activated by USSDC. The other calling-quiescing method is also disclosed.
