Abstract:
    The invention discloses a kind of access system and method for charging via intelligent network, the described methods includes following steps: it fixes a routing table for the charged account at each SCP, which is used for position the actual access SCP. When the access SCP receives the prepaid card number and account information, the SCP determines the access SCP of the account according to the routing table of the account in its own storage. The access SCP sends the number of prepaid card and the account information to the access SCP of attribution, and the access SCP of attribution authenticates and recharges the number of prepaid card, meanwhile, it authenticates and charges the account.
