The process includes the following steps: CNC machining superthin glass to the required size and shape, toughening glass part chemically, coating transparent color insulating film to the lower surface of the glass part through low temperature electronic beam evaporation, adhering anticracking film to the lower side of the insulating film, and coating hard film to the upper surface of the glass part through magnetically controlled sputtering.
