Abstract:
    The code division multi-address intelligent net consists of the business control point equipment (BCE) and the business switching point equipment (BSE). The special point is that the charging apparatus consists of the call record module (CR), the supplemental charging module (SC) and result recording module (RR). In the intelligent business of BCE side, CR tests and records the abnormal call info (ACI). SC fetches from CSE all calling bills in a specified interval, and filters and supplements charging against the abnormal calls according to ACI. RR records the result of supplemental charging and processes the calls failing to supplement charging. Therefore, all existed calls can be supplemented charging under the situation of a levity or interrupt on SCP and SSP links. This method increases the flexibility of the charging system.
