| The present invention provides a new type yeast zymolite for improving growth behaviors of pigling and its production method. It uses the wastes obtained in the process for producing beer as raw material, and adopts the fallowing steps: mixing the said material whose concentration is 20% according to weight ratio and water, grinding said raw material, placing it into double-layer fermentation pot, introducing steam into the fermentation pot, regulating temp, to 80 dec.C, sterilizing for 10 min, regulating temp, to 50dec.C, retaining said temperature, using sodium hydroxide whose concentration is 10% to regulate pH value to 8.0, adding 4mg of Alcalase proteinase according to every kg of yeast, making zymolysis for 4hr, regulating temperature to 85dec.C, inactivating for 10 min, homogenizing, spray-drying and packaging. | |||
