| The present invention relates to oat deeply processing technology, and is especially production process of extracting oat starch and oat protein powder from oat. The production process includes the following steps: milling oat to eliminate oat bran and obtain oat kernel, soaking oat kernel, grinding milk, centrifugally separating to obtain coarse oat starch and oat protein liquid, purifying and drying coarse oat starch to obtain oat starch, purifying, concentrating and spray drying oat protein liquid to obtain oat protein powder. The present invention provides reasonable way for developing oat resource and utilizing oat comprehensively. | |||
