Abstract:
    The invention relates to a method for producing forage or food from plant steam, leaf and root, wherein it is characterized in that: it feeds steam, leaf, and root into twisting cutter into short fiber; then mechanically dewatering via compressor, while the water content is 40-70%; the dewatered short fiber is block, to be broken by block releaser; putting then into high-temperature uniflow drier, to be quickly dried, while water content is lower than 40%; cooling and packing; or processing it into powder or grains to be packed; and keeping the juice, to be processed into food juice or extracted with leaf protein. The invention can save cost and keep the smeel of material, with low nourishment loss.
