| The invention relates to a method for producing sea cucumber active polypeptide calcium-zinc protein. Wherein, it comprises that washing the sea cucumber, breaking and grinding into sea cucumber slurry; adding distilled water, adjusting its pH value into acid; adding sodium sulfide to adjust pH value to weak acid; filtering out the deposition; adding active parenzyme into obtained sea cucumber slurry; making it uniform, adding one or two of calcium and zinc, to be aggregated into sea cucumber active polypeptide calcium-zinc protein; then adding alcohol, freezing, and ecctrically drying, to obtain the dry product. The invention can resist radiation and ultraviolet radiation; eliminate the metal toxic, etc. | |||
