Abstract:
     The detector is composed of APD avalanche signal processing system, offset voltage unit, discriminating voltage unit, internal trigger signal unit, refrigeration part and digital control part. The refrigeration part is connected to digital control part, and the refrigeration part is connected to the APD avalanche signal processing system. The digital control part is connected to APD system, offset voltage unit, discriminating voltage unit, and internal trigger signal unit respectively. Through digital control part, each part of the detector is connected to each other as a whole. Thus, each part can be centralized controlled by the digital control part. Advantages are high integration level, raised experimental efficient, high degree of intelligence, and easy of operation.
