Abstract:
     This invention relates to a polarized don't-care single proton waveguide phase modulation device composed of a wave guide phase modulator, polarized beam splitting mirror, Faraday reflector and a ring characterizing in utilizing simple optical elements to concentrate the lights passing through the phase regulator very well, which is suitable for single proton phase decoders of long distance quantum secrecy communication.
