Abstract:
     The set includes an antenna, a feed line unit, down going receiver, a first down going transmitter and second down going transmitter and a controller. The controller controls the down going receiver, the first down going transmitter and second down going transmitter. The down going receiver searches broadcasting control channel in adjacent sub zones in neighborhood and obtains channel structure, find out position of time slot of corresponding seeking channel. A sub zone is selected as obligation sub zone. First down going transmitter disturbs signal of broadcasting control channel of other adjacent sub zone, except the obligation sub zone. The second down going transmitter disturbs the signal of the seeking channel in obligation sub zone. Mobile stations in area covered by countermeasurer are prohibited to pick up the telephone and ringing, but calling is enable. Pollution of ringing noise is eliminated, and emergency call is insured.
