Abstract:
    The present invention is protein material as substitute of fish meal and belongs to the field of feed producing technology. Fresh aquatic product processing leftover and bean dregs are mixed in certain ratio and added with ferment; and the mixture is heated and sealed to ferment and enzymolyze and then dried in some drying apparatus, crushed, sieved and packed to form the substitute of fish meal. The present invention has the aquatic product processing leftover with rich proteinase capable of degrading antigen albumen in bean dregs and bean dregs with antioxidant activity and adsorbing property to protect the nutritious components in aquatic product processing leftover utilized fully. The product is powder with fish smell.
