    A single-mode double-card double-standby method of TD-SCDMA system terminal includes setting fetch value of PBP to be 4-64 fames, receiving less than or equal to two times of PICH in one discontinuous receiving period, using IMSI number in USIM card to confirm position of PICH received by user corresponding to each USIM card in each PICH, carrying out different treatment as per different condition according to different IMSI number.
