Abstract:
     The method relates to a method for producing protein powder with high-pressure spraying by six spray gun. It comprises following steps: loading the soybean protein liquid into a parallel-connected high-pressure homogeneous machine with pressure, forcing the material from 0.3 MPa to 38 MPa, the temperature being 65 Deg.; then transporting the material to the six spray gun installed on the upper part of drying tower, the material is ejected out with high pressure to form into droplet which then forms into soybean protein powder. Several of high-pressure homogeneous machines are placed in parallel and forms the said parallel-connected high-pressure homogeneous machine, the main pipe end is connected with the feeding pump, and the other end is connected with feeding opening of every high-pressure homogeneous machine through three-way valve respectively, the outlet of every homogenous machine is connected in parallel with a high-pressure discharging main pipe line which is connected with the six spray gun. The invention can increase the productive ability of soybean protein and improve the fineness of protein powder.
