Abstract:
    This invention relates to a design method for automatic power control module under the burst out mode of terminals in a TD-SCDMA radio communication system and its circuit, in which, the emission power is adjusted for two or over two times of time intervals of adjustment and user terminals compute the necessary emission power values according to the signal intensity received and compute the step times, time length of the step or the power value increased or reduced each time necessary for adjusting the user terminals to reach the required emission power values so as to control the emission power of the user terminal to reach to the needed one.
