Abstract:
    This invention provides a method and a system for carrying out clock synchronization by the transmission end and receiving end in a packet exchange network, in which, said method includes: the transmission end sets the necessary sent clock information relative to the system clock in a data packet and transmits it to the receiving end, which gets the clock information in the data packet to resume the clock sent by the transmission end based on said clock information and system information.
