Abstract:
    It tests the vocational quantity of the virtual cascade group (VCG) and checks the bandwidth use state of VCG. If the bandwidth offered by VCG cannot meet the requirement of the transfer business, adds the virtual capacity (VC) to VCG. If the bandwidth offered by VCG exceeds the requirement of the transfer business, then releases the redundant VC in VCG. This method regulates automatically VCG to meet the real business request, offers in time necessary bandwidth, release redundant one and utilizes efficiently the limited bandwidth resource.
