| The invention relates to a process of preparing spirulina, especially relating to a process including enzymolysis. The cell membrane of basic colloid in spirulina can be effectively removed by this process. The process comprises following steps: grinding the condensed clean spirulina mud into slurry and proceeding enzymolysis; the enzymolysis comprising adding proteinase into the slurry, sealing and heating to be constant temperature; spraying the treated slurry for drying. The property of digestion and absorption of the spirulina prepared in this invention is much better than that of prepared by normal process. The special smell of spirulina is also removed, and thus the taste is improved. | |||
