    This invention discloses one light channel establishing method, device and system, which comprises the following steps: getting selected physical layer binding parameters allowance values on current wavelength points on business wavelength upper stream; determining and distributing point section linkage allowance values on current point according to received allowance values; when allowance values of the linkage meet set values according to business path, establishing light channel along the path.
