Abstract:
    The number of frequency division multiplexing characters (FDMC) occupied by each service in the mobile multi-media broadcast (MMB) system is decided via the following steps. (1) According to channel coding ratio of each service in MMB, calculates C, the data quantity of each frame data of each service after the channel coding. (2) According to the data quantity C and the error correct coding ratio of each service, calculates R, the data quantity of each frame data of each service after the error correct coding. (3) According to the data quantity R and the channel modulation mode of each service, calculates M, the number of modulation characters occupied by each frame data of each service after modulation. (4) Decides the wireless resource amount delta reserved for each service. (5) According to M, and the character number occupied by other parameters of the physical layer after inserting into service data, calculates S, which is the FDMC number occupied by each service.
