Abstract:
    The method comprise: step 102, splitting the multicast service into multi one-way point-to-point service whose signal messages from source to destination are entirely independent each other; step 104, at the source node of releasing the multicast service, building one or more label switched path for each split one-way point-to-point service through signaling message; step 106, when network has a failure, the failure detecting node sends the notice message carrying the label of one or multi influenced label switched paths, the source responds the notice message and builds the recovery label switched path or new standby label switched path. The invention also provides a multicast apparatus.
