Abstract:
    The invention discloses a method of UE random access, which presets a distance threshold value between the UE and the base station NodeB, and presets high increase value on the code increase rate. Said method comprises: NodeB measures the distance with present UE, when the obtained distance value is larger than the distance threshold value, based on the high increase value, calculates out the transmission delay Pd and sends it to RNC; RNC receives the Pd value of NodeB; based on said high increase value, fixes the distance range between present UE and the NodeB that reporting said Pd value. And the invention also discloses a relative system, which comprise NodeB and RNC. The invention can increase the access radius, and confirm the position accuracy on UE near the NodeB.
