Abstract:
     The invention discloses a method for preparing plasma or blood cell short-peptide albumen powder taking stock blood as raw material. The process comprises following steps: separating the stock blood into plasma and blood cell with centrifugal machine; breaking cell wall of plasma with microwave and enzyme, mixing with blood cell for dissolution; adding denaturant for protein, then adding biological enzyme for enzymolysis, the protein in plasma and blood cell is enzymolized into short-peptide protein and amino acid; drying by spraying and getting the product. The invention solves problems of low cell wall breaking rate of plasma and low content of short-peptide and amino nitrogen, and retains vitamin, iron, potassium and calcium in blood. The product can be used as feed addictive and food additives for pigling.
