Abstract:
     The process of preparing protein feed additive with mushroom leftover includes crushing mushroom leftover with bag eliminated, fermentation and drying, and features the flash evaporation of crushed mushroom leftover before fermentation and the mixed microbial fermentation. The process can eliminate harmful metabolism product, toxin and pollutant microbe from mushroom leftover, crack and decompose cellulose in the material and form optimized protein and other nutritious components, and the protein feed additive can improve the taste and attraction of feed. The present invention may be used in treating various kinds of mushroom leftover to provide cheap concentrated feed while eliminating relevant environmental pollution.
