Abstract:
    First, the method reforms the whole mobile multi-media broadcast system into a multi-class net structure and configures independent net resource for each net in each net class. Second, after completing the business data flow multiplexing, the higher class net sends data directly to all terminals in the area covered by this class net; or, the mentioned business data are sent to the corresponding terminals via the emitters of the distribution net and the lower class nets. Finally, the terminal receives the selected signal from the various nets depending on its residing net area. The method solves the bottleneck problem that a business transfer across other area must gain permission from the net owner. This realizes a true national net and well realizes the nationwide broadcast business. The invention combines the nationwide net running with the area net running ideally.
