Abstract:
    The invention provides an integrated circuit device suitable for a signal recombination circuit capable of reducing the leakage of input signals. A signal recombination circuit 1 comprises N inputs In1-InN, M outputs PO1-POM, N amplification means a1-aN for amplifying one of 2N input signals derived from branching N input signals inputted into the N inputs In1-InN branch to two, N band conversion means m1-mN for carrying out frequency conversion for the other of the 2N input signals branched to two, and 2 N*M switching means SW1 for outputting the 2N output signals outputted by the N amplification means and the N band conversion means to one of the M outputs or outputting the signals to neither of them.
