Abstract:
    The invention relates to an exchanger which comprises exchange processor, wherein said exchange processor has broadcast controller for building and releasing the channel between broadcaster and at least one broadcast receiver, via the channel exchange logic, to make at least one broadcast receiver transmit broadcast information via said channel. In addition, the invention also provides relative voice broadcast system and relative realization. The invention can fully utilize present network resource, without additional resource and limited by region.
