Abstract:
    The invention discloses a method for testing the quality of voice, which includes: it detects the percentage of effective voice frames of terminal and network in the total number of related frames of all types of calls, and the voice quality is confirmed deteriorating if the described percentage is larger than the margin. The invention also discloses a device for testing the quality of voice, which includes: an information acquisition module, a historical calling record module, a historical calling record server and a post-processing tool. The invention can also change location according to the ratio of voice frames to isolated position the faulty equipment of quality degradation.
