Abstract:
    The technique problem to be solved in the present invention is that distributing the PON-ID the same as before the exchange in the PON system, after the exchange, the data that described before exchange can be kept. The OLT (40) of the present invention includes: the PON-ID status (462) for saving the management status of PON-ID; the PON-ID management table (463) for saving the PON-ID, connected ONU serial number and described data; the delete ONU table (464) for saving the PON-ID and the ONU serial number of deleted object. When the OLT (40) receives ONU exchange indication from for example operation device (10), the OLT distributes the PON-ID that already distributed to the exchange object to the new connected ONU (60) in the ONU exchange, thereby the PON-ID before the exchange can be distributed to the ONU (60) after the exchange.
