Abstract:
     The present invention belongs to the field of traditional Uygurs drink, and is Hewasi drink and its preparation process. Hewasi drink drink is prepared with water, hop, barley, wheat bran, white sugar, red sugar, yeast powder and honey. The preparation process includes boiling hop and barley in water and mixing with wheat bran; cooling boiled water to 30 deg.c and mixing with the mixture in the foregoing step; mixing the mixture with red sugar dissolved in water and yeast powder and letting stand for 8 hr; filtering to eliminate precipitate; mixing the filtrate with white sugar and honey and letting stand; packing in sealed barrel and setting at 28-30 deg.c for 3-4 hr; and storing at -5 deg.c. The present invention has low production cost, simple production process and rich nutrients and is suitable for all people and all places.
