     The present invention relates to food decoration and is especially a kind of transfer paper for making pattern and text on food product. The transfer paper includes paper base and pattern and text on the paper base, and features that the pattern and text is made of food level material. The food level material consists of edible gum 9.5-90 wt%, edible color 9.5-90 wt%, edible perfume 0.2 wt% and edible emulsifier 0.3 wt%. The present invention makes beautiful pattern and text on food product with edible material, is suitable for various food products, especially chocolate, and has simple process, low cost and wide use.
