| Provided is snack enabling obtaining crunchy feeling like conventional snack confectionery without frying, and to provide a method for producing the snack. This method for producing the snack comprises forming pellets through molding a raw material, rolling the formed pellets, irradiating hot air to the pellets to swell, and desiredly seasoning the swollen pellets followed by baking.
