Abstract:
     The present invention is refined kernel particle and its production process. The refined kernel particle is produced with fig, Coix seed and sealwort in the equal proportion as well as proper amount of cane sugar. The production process includes weighing the material and slicing sealwort; twice decoction for 1-1.5 hr each; filtering the decoction, concentrating the filtrate to density of 1.2-1.3, mixing sugar of 200 mesh size and pelletizing; stoving at 60-70 deg.c for 4-6 hr; and pelletizing. The refined kernel particle has the health functions of strengthening resistance, invigorating spleen, benefiting virtal energy and nourishing Yin.
