     The cachou is produced with denatured starch, soluble composite food gelatin, emulsifier, essence, pigment, water and other components, and through the steps of mixing, gelatinizing, stirring, emulsifying, milling in colloid mill, rolling to form film, drying, cutting into slices, and packing.
