Abstract:
     The invention discloses an ice-cream stick and its production method which comprises the steps of, charging granulated sugar into heating installations, cooking the sugar to molten condition at 114 deg. C, pouring into container for cooling down, plugging in right amount of small sticks into the containers as required for each block of crystal sugar, natural cooling in 25-35 deg. C of cool-down houses, taking out the sticks till full crystallization and packaging.
