Abstract:
     The present invention is programmed pattern candy producing apparatus and belongs to the field of food processing apparatus technology. The programmed pattern candy producing apparatus consists of mechanical part and program control part. The mechanical part includes frame, candy pouring candy forming plate, plate tray, shift fork, shift fork driving belt and motor, plate tray shifting guide rod, plate tray driving motor, tray driving belt and syrup tank. The program control part includes keyboard, microprocessor, pattern data memory, I/One controller, display and keyboard unit, stepped motor driving circuit, power source module, initial tray position sensor and initial shift fork position sensor. The present invention is used in automatic production of syrup pouring pattern candy and has high production efficiency, high quality and various patterns.
