Abstract:
     The high-speed Turbo code decoder includes one decoder, one memory unit, two interleavers, one deinterleaver to produce soft information data in normal order, three selectors, one calculation unit to decode the information data and produce new soft information data, one deinterleaver to produce soft information data in normal order after finishing iteration, and one hardware adjudication unit to produce final decode output. In the input of SISO module, one input selector is used to strobe X/Y0/Y1/Z or X'/Y0'/Y1'/Z' inputs to make the secondary SISO operation of Turbo code decoding iteration performed in the same SISO module and this can reduce the scale of the hardware greatly.
