Abstract:
    A semiconductor device includes a semiconductor substrate; and a trapezia resistor formed on the semiconductor substrate. The trapezia resistor comprises a plurality of spindly resistor portions arranged in parallel with each other, a plurality of connection portions connected with the resistor portions in a predetermined distance at a longitudinal direction of the resistor portions, and a plurality of voltage pick-up portions used for picking-up voltage in each connection portion.
