Abstract:
    A differential amplifier comprises: a first transistor (M1) with a source connected to a power supply; a second load circuit including a transistor (M2) with a source thereof connected to the power supply and connected to a gate of the first transistor (M1) through a capacitor; a differential pair including a third transistor and a fourth transistor (M3, M4) with sources thereof connected in common and drains thereof connected to drains of the first and second transistors (M1, M2), respectively; a current source (M9) for supplying a current to the differential pair; a first switch (S1) connected between a gate of the second transistor (M2) and a drain of the fourth transistor (M4); an amplifier (903) with an input thereof connected to a drain of the second transistor (M2) and an output thereof connected to an output terminal; a second switch (S2) connected between a gate of the fourth transistor (M4) and a first input terminal; a third switch (S3) connected between the gate of the fourth transistor (M4) and a third input terminal; a fourth switch (S4) connected between a gate of the third transistor (M3) and a second input terminal; and a fifth switch (S5) connected between the gate of the third transistor (M3) and the output terminal.
