    The disclosed data compression method based on data dictionary comprises: presetting a data dictionary database; to the string formed by some characters from current position of the target string, substituting or outputting directly by index label of corresponding record in the database; after processing the target string, packing the output label and string into compressed data. This invention can improve dynamic compression effect.
